TULSA, Okla.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Empire Petroleum Corporation (OTCBB: EMPR), a Tulsa, Oklahoma-based company, announced that Kevin R. Seth has been elected to serve on its Board of Directors. Mr. Seth is a partner of Edgewood Management LLC in New York. He brings to Empire extensive knowledge and experience in finance having worked with Credit Suisse First Boston in London, New York and Boston prior to joining Edgewood in 1995. He graduated from Montana State University with a BS Degree in Pre-Law and economics and has served for ten (10) years as Vice-Chairman and Chairman of the University Investment Committee.
